Registration and Cancellation Policies

Will you accept teams after the deadline?
We guarantee acceptance up to 10 days prior to the start of the tournament.  After that teams can still be accepted, but only when we have room.

Refund & Bad Weather Policy:

Up until 14 days before the tournament starts DSS will not issue any refunds for any reason. Including inclement weather.  In case of bad weather, we reserve the right to reduce the number of games and or game time. Or possible postpone game times, or cancel the Cup. We will make every effort to complete games and the tournament.
