The players are also supervised 24/7 by two Dutch coaches and a tour guide, giving everyone flexibility in regards to doing activities outside of the team itinerary.
About 6 weeks prior to the trip we will provide a tentative itinerary that will be updated weekly. Because the tour takes place in the preparation of the new soccer season, teams typically don't get ready to plan their season preparation scrimmages until June.
Around March you will receive an email from Soccer.com, inviting you to order tour clothing through our online store with them. and you will receive an email from us with instructions on what items to order.
A year in advance we reserve several entire hotels, and will assign accordingly based on available rooms. Some hotels are slightly bigger than others.
We set a deadline on parent/ family registration and sometimes team rosters can still change a bit. Early spring will assign the teams to hotels.
We use hotels in the Alkmaar, Hoorn and Utrecht area.
We will send out the group-flight information as soon as we book them so that you can book your own flights accordingly and arrive around the same time we do! Players and family members registered for the tour, are welcome to join our bus when arriving around the same time. We will send out details where to meet our tour guide at Amsterdam airport.
In the winter time, leading up to the tour - our travel agent works on getting the best group-flight for our tour travellers. We typically finalise this around January or February and will share information as soon as we book the flights.
You can if you registered with us online.
If you only registered your son or daughter, they will be able to take the group-bus with us from the airport.
A taxi is the easiest to get to the hotel and is around 125 euros.
Not everywhere, but in most places (especially in cities) you will be able to use a credit card. Amex is not accepted everywhere, we recommend VISA or MasterCard.

To avoid a jet lag, we suggest that you try to sleep on the flight over, and sleep a little when you arrive in the Netherlands.
